5-202.   Arbitration bonds.The parties to such submission may enter into arbitration bonds, whichbonds shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of the award orumpirage, setting forth the name or names of the arbitrators or umpire andthe matter or matters submitted to his, her or their determination; andwhen such is the agreement, that such submission be made a rule of anycourt of record within this state, or a rule of any particular court ofrecord named in the submission.
