5-203.   Time and place of arbitration.Said arbitration bonds shall specify some certain time and place atwhich said arbitration shall be held, allowing said arbitrators or umpireliberty to adjourn from time to time until an award or umpirage be made;some certain time being specified in said bonds at which said award orumpirage be made up.
