Article 2.--ANY CONTROVERSY

     
5-206.   Oaths.
The umpire or arbitrators and all witnesses for either party to such
arbitration, examined by the umpire or arbitrators, shall be under oath or
affirmation, to be administered by any district court judge of the proper
county.
