5-207.   Award.The award of the umpire or arbitrators, or a majority of them, shall bedrawn up in writing, and signed by such umpire or arbitrators named in thesubmission, or a majority of them, and a true copy of said award orumpirage shall without delay be delivered by the umpire or arbitrators toeach of the parties in interest.
