5-211. Setting aside award.
If any legal defects appear in the award or other proceedings, or if it
shall be made to appear at the term of the court to which said award and
arbitration are entered in said court, on oath or affirmation, that said
award or umpirage was obtained by fraud, corruption, or other undue means,
or that said arbitrator or umpire misbehaved, said court may set aside said
award or umpirage, or make such order thereon as may be just or right.
