5-211. Setting aside award.If any legal defects appear in the award or other proceedings, or if itshall be made to appear at the term of the court to which said award andarbitration are entered in said court, on oath or affirmation, that saidaward or umpirage was obtained by fraud, corruption, or other undue means,or that said arbitrator or umpire misbehaved, said court may set aside saidaward or umpirage, or make such order thereon as may be just or right.
