5-212.   Proof by party enforcing award.In all cases, the party enforcing any award shall produce satisfactoryproof to the court of the due execution of the submission or arbitrationbond, and that the party refusing or neglecting to obey the award orumpirage hath been furnished with a true copy thereof, at least ten daysbefore the term at which the application to enforce such award is made.
