Chapter 5.--ARBITRATION AND AWARD
Article 2.--ANY CONTROVERSY

      5-213.   Fees of arbitrators and umpires.Each person chosen and performing the duties of arbitrator or umpireunder this act shall be entitled to receive one dollar ($1) per day forservices; and every witness for attendance, and judge for administeringoaths or affirmations, the same fees as are prescribed by law for othercases in the district court; which fees shall be taxed by the arbitrators,and inserted in their award or umpirage.
