5-416.   Court, jurisdiction.The term "court" or "court of competent jurisdiction" means districtcourt. The making of an agreement described in K.S.A. 5-401, providing forarbitration in this state, confers jurisdiction on the district court toenforce the agreement under this act and to enter judgment on an awardthereunder.
