Chapter 5.--ARBITRATION AND AWARD

Article 4.--UNIFORM ARBITRATION ACT

     
5-416.   Court, jurisdiction.
The term "court" or "court of competent jurisdiction" means district
court. The making of an agreement described in K.S.A. 5-401, providing for
arbitration in this state, confers jurisdiction on the district court to
enforce the agreement under this act and to enter judgment on an award
thereunder.
