5-419.   Application of Act.This act applies only to agreements made subsequent to the taking effectof this act. Nothing in this act shall be construed as affecting anyprovisions relating to arbitration in any policy of insurance or anyendorsements thereon which complies with the requirements of K.S.A. 40-284.
