Article 4.--UNIFORM ARBITRATION ACT

     
5-419.   Application of Act.
This act applies only to agreements made subsequent to the taking effect
of this act. Nothing in this act shall be construed as affecting any
provisions relating to arbitration in any policy of insurance or any
endorsements thereon which complies with the requirements of K.S.A. 40-284.
