5-508.   Same; funds; fees.An approved program or individual may use sources of funds, bothpublic andprivate, in addition to funds appropriated by the legislature. An approvedprogram or individual may require each party to pay a fee tohelp defray costs based uponability to pay. Each approved program orindividual shall have a sliding scale system for assessing fees.
