5-517.   Dispute resolution fund; expenditures.There is hereby created the dispute resolution fund in the state treasury whichshall be administered by the judicial administrator. All expenditures from thedispute resolution fund shall be for the purpose of carrying out the disputeresolution act. In addition to funds generated by remittances under K.S.A.20-367, and amendments thereto, funds acquired through grants, training fees,registration and approval fees, and other public or private sources anddesignated for dispute resolution, shall be remitted to the dispute resolutionfund for carrying out the dispute resolution act. All expenditures from thedispute resolution fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation actsupon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant tovouchers approved by the judicial administrator or by the judicialadministrator's designee.
