8-131. Registration receipts.
(a) Upon the filing of such application for registration, payment of the
fees hereinafter provided the division of vehicles shall register the
vehicle and shall issue to the owner a registration receipt which shall
contain upon the face thereof the registration number assigned to the owner
and to be used upon the vehicle, and such other statements of facts as may
be determined by the division.
