8-161a. Free license plates for disabled citizens organizations;
definition.
As used in this act, the term "disabled citizens organization" means any
nonprofit corporation duly authorized to operate in this state for the
purpose of training the physically handicapped citizens to become
self-supporting and which assists such persons by conducting drivers
training courses for the operation of motor vehicles.
