Chapter 8.--AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER VEHICLES

Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

     
8-177.   Same; false affidavit; penalty.
Any person swearing falsely to any affidavit required herein shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be
punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500).
