Article 12.--COMPACTS WITH OTHER JURISDICTIONS

     
8-1213.   Same; "licensing authority" and "head of the licensing
authority" defined.
As used in the compact, the term "licensing authority" with reference to
this state, shall mean the division of vehicles of the department of
revenue. The division of vehicles shall furnish to the appropriate
authorities of any other party state any information or documents
reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of articles III, IV
and V of the compact. As used in the compact the term "head of the
licensing authority" with reference to this state, shall mean the director
of vehicles.
