8-1220. Same; compact administrator; amendments to compact.
(a) The governor shall appoint the secretary of revenue or the director
of vehicles to be the compact administrator for the nonresident violator
compact for the state of Kansas. The compact administrator shall serve
at the pleasure of the governor.
(b) Kansas endorsement of amendments to the compact shall be made by the
compact administrator with the approval of the governor.
(c) This act shall be subject to section 30 of article 2 of the Kansas constitution.
