Article 12.--COMPACTS WITH OTHER JURISDICTIONS

     
8-1221.   Same; resolution of ratification.
The resolution of ratification provided for by paragraph (b) of article
VII shall be adopted by the Kansas compact administrator appointed under
this act. The effective date of entry for Kansas shall be not sooner than
January 1, 1983.
