8-1401. Definitions applicable to uniform act regulating traffic on
highways.
As used in this act, the words and phrases defined in the sections of
article 14 of chapter 8 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendatory
thereof or supplemental thereto, shall have the meanings respectively
ascribed to them therein.
