Article 14.--UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC; DEFINITIONS

     
8-1450.   "Police officer" defined.
"Police officer" means every law enforcement officer, as defined by
K.S.A. 21-3110, authorized to direct or regulate traffic or to
make arrests for violations of traffic regulations.
