8-1458a. "Road construction zone" defined.
"Road construction zone" means the portions of a highway
which
is identified by posted or moving signs as being a construction or maintenance
work area. The zone
starts at the first sign identifying the zone and continues until
a posted or moving sign indicates that the road construction zone has ended.
