Article 15.--UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC; RULES OF THE ROAD

     
8-1585.   Limitations on operation of snowmobile.
No person shall operate a snowmobile on any controlled-access highway.
No person shall operate a snowmobile on any other highway, except when
crossing the highway at a right angle, or when use of the highway by other
motor vehicles is impossible because of snow, or when such operation is
authorized by the authority having jurisdiction over the highway.
