Article 16.--UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC; ACCIDENTS AND ACCIDENT REPORTS

     
8-1608.   False information or report concerning accident; misdemeanor.
A person shall not give information in oral or written reports, as
required in this article, knowing or having reason to believe that such
information is false. Violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
