8-1610. Reports by secretary of health and environment on deaths
resulting from accidents.
On or before the 10th day of each month, the secretary of health and
environment shall report in writing to the
department of transportation, the death
of any person resulting from a vehicle accident, giving the time and place
of the accident and the circumstances relating thereto.
