8-1731.   Lights on highway construction and maintenance vehicles; rules
and regulations of secretary.
The secretary of transportation shall adopt rules or regulations
establishing specifications and rules governing the design and use of
special flashing lights on vehicles engaged in highway construction or
maintenance operations.
