Article 19.--UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC; SIZE, WEIGHT AND LOAD OF VEHICLES

     
8-1903.   Loads on passenger vehicles extending to either side.
No passenger-type vehicle shall be operated on any highway with any load
carried thereon extending beyond the left side of such vehicle nor
extending more than six (6) inches beyond the right side thereof.
