8-234d. Motor vehicle drivers' license act; scope and effect of
certain sections.
(a) Nothing in K.S.A. 8-234b and 8-234c shall be construed as
abrogating, limiting or otherwise affecting any other provision of the
motor vehicle drivers' license act which imposes restrictions or
limitations on driving any types, sizes or combinations of vehicles.
(b) The provisions of K.S.A. 8-234a, 8-234b and 8-234c and the
provisions of this section shall be a part of and supplemental to the motor
vehicle drivers' license act.
