Article 2.--DRIVERS' LICENSES

     
8-250.   Authority of division to cancel license;
surrender of license.

(a) The division is hereby authorized to cancel any driver's license
upon determining that the person was not entitled to the
issuance thereof
or failed to give the required or correct information
in
his or her application or committed any fraud in making such application. If
the division determines that a person is not lawfully present in the United
States, the division shall have the authority to cancel the person's driver's
license.

     
(b)   Upon cancellation of a driver's license or loss
of lawful presence in
the United States, the person must surrender
the driver's license to the
division.
