8-2,125. Uniform commercial driver's license act; citation of
act; effective date.
K.S.A. 8-2,125 through 8-2,142 may be cited as the Kansas
uniform commercial drivers' license act and shall
govern commercial drivers' licenses on and after January 1, 1991.
