Article 24.--LICENSURE OF VEHICLE SALES AND MANUFACTURE

     
8-2413.   Injunctions; jurisdiction of courts.
Upon application of the board, the director or any person having any interest
in the subject matter, the district courts of this state may enjoin any
person from violating any of the provisions of this act or any
order or rule and regulation issued or adopted pursuant thereto.
