Article 24.--LICENSURE OF VEHICLE SALES AND MANUFACTURE

     
8-2423.   Rules and regulations.
The secretary of revenue may adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary
for the administration of this act. Prior to hearing or adoption of rules
and regulations under this section the secretary shall submit copies thereof
to the dealers review board for its review and comment.
