Chapter 8.--AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER VEHICLES

Article 3.--PUBLICLY OWNED MOTOR VEHICLES

     
8-301.   Private use forbidden.
No person or employee of the state or county or any governmental
subdivision shall operate or drive or cause to be operated or driven any
state, county or other publicly owned automobile, automobile bus, motor
bus, or other motor vehicle for private use or for private business or for
pleasure.
