8-306. Same; operation or control of unmarked vehicle; removal of
officer or employee from office.
Any officer or employee of any political subdivision who operates or has
under control any vehicle not lettered or numbered as required by this act
or who violates any of the other provisions of this act shall be deemed
guilty of malfeasance in office and shall be subject to removal from office
or employment.
