9-1101b.   Same; banks ineligible as state depository, when.No bank doing business in the state of Kansas shall be designated as adepository for any state funds by the pooled money investment board if itowns any personal property which was acquired upon the specific request orfor the use of a customer, which property is leased to such customer andupon which property no ad valorem property tax is levied and paid by suchbank or by the customer leasing the same.
