9-1121. Reproduction of records and papers;evidence.Any bank or trust company or savings and loan associations may cause anyor all records, files, instruments, documents, or papers of any kind at anytime in its custody, possession, or files to be reproduced by a nonerasableoptical image reproductionprovided that additions, deletions or changes to the original document are notpermitted by the technology, or a photostatic, microfilm, microcard, miniaturephotographic or other photographic process. Any reproduction so made shallhave the sameforce and effect as the original thereof, and shall be admitted in evidencebefore any court or governmental commission, bureau, agency, or departmentequally with the original, and without the necessity of proving inabilityto produce the original thereof.
