9-1131.   Repurchase agreements with pooled money investment board.Each state bank, national bank and trust company located and doing businesswithin the state of Kansas is hereby authorized to enter into repurchaseagreements with the pooled money investment board under any statute authorizingthe board to enter into such agreements.
