9-1133.   Liability of officers and directors;actions; certain provisionsapplicable.The provisions of K.S.A. 9-1132 and 17-2268 and 17-5831and amendments thereto apply to an action brought against a director or officerof an insured depository institution, regardless of whether the action wasfiled before, on, or after May 20, 1993, unless the action was finallyadjudicated before May 20, 1993. The provisions of this section shall not applyto executive officers as defined in K.S.A. 9-1132 and 17-2268and 17-5831 and amendments thereto.
