9-1134. Liability of officers and directors;
severability.
If any provision of K.S.A. 9-1132 or 9-1133,
or 17-2268
and 17-5831 and amendments thereto or the application thereof to any person or
circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions
or applications of such statutes which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end the provisions of such statutes are
declared to be severable.
