9-1134.   Liability of officers and directors;severability.If any provision of K.S.A. 9-1132 or 9-1133,or 17-2268and 17-5831 and amendments thereto or the application thereof to any person orcircumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisionsor applications of such statutes which can be given effect without the invalidprovision or application, and to this end the provisions of such statutes aredeclared to be severable.
