9-1204.   Deposits of minors.Any bank may receive deposits from minors or in the name of minors andpay the same upon the order of such minors whether or not said minors areemancipated until receiving certified copy of the appointment of aguardian. Payments so made shall discharge the bank forever from anyfurther liability on account of such deposits or the money so paid by thebank.
