9-1204. Deposits of minors.
Any bank may receive deposits from minors or in the name of minors and
pay the same upon the order of such minors whether or not said minors are
emancipated until receiving certified copy of the appointment of a
guardian. Payments so made shall discharge the bank forever from any
further liability on account of such deposits or the money so paid by the
bank.
