9-1706.   Annual report to commissioner;when.Each bank and trust company shall prepare and forward to thecommissioner,upon the commissioner's request, a verifiedstatement showing the receipts and disbursements of each bank and trustcompany for the preceding year. This statement shall be in the formprescribed by the commissioner.The commissioner may require the report to be filed using an electronicmeans.
