9-1707.   Request for information; when.A request for information made pursuantto K.S.A. 9-1704, 9-1705 and 9-1706, and amendments thereto, shall be made inwriting and mailed to each bank and trust company. Such request shall be deemedto be legal notice to each bank and trust company. The request may include therequirement for the filing of information by the bank or trust company using anelectronic means.
