9-1717.   Prohibition against felon from serving as director, officer or employee.(a) Except with the written consent of the commissioner, noperson shall serve as a director, officer or employee of a bank who hasbeen convicted, or who is hereafter convicted, of any felony or any crime involvingdishonesty or a breach of trust.

      (b)   Any bank which willfully violates subsection (a), shall be deemedguilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of$100 for each day the violation continues.
