9-1718.   Change of chief executive, report to commissioner.Every bank and trust company shall report promptly to thecommissioner any change, for whatever reason, in the chief executiveofficer or directors, including in its report a statement of the past andcurrent business and professional affiliations of the new chief executiveofficer or directors.
