Article 19.--BANKING CODE; DISSOLUTION; INSOLVENCY

     
9-1910.   Surrender control to commissioner.
The board of directors of any bank or trust company may place its
affairs and assets under the control of the commissioner by posting a
notice in the following forms on its front door: "This bank is in the hands
of the state bank commissioner." The posting of such notice or the taking
possession and custody of any bank or trust company by the commissioner
shall be sufficient to place all its assets and property of whatever nature
in the possession of the commissioner, and shall operate as a bar to any
attachment proceedings.
