9-2006.   Receiving deposits after authority revoked; penalty.Any officer of any bank whose authority to transact a banking businesshas been revoked as herein provided, who shall receive or cause to bereceived any deposit of whatever nature after such revocation, uponconviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $300 normore than $1,000, and by imprisonment for not less than six months nor morethan one year.
