9-2101.   Issuing certificate of authority as bank to trust companyauthorized to accept deposits; when.Any trust company authorized to receive deposits under K.S.A. 17-2025,prior to its repeal by this act, shall be issued a certificate of authorityby the state bank commissioner upon surrendering such trust company'scharter and complying with the provisions of K.S.A. 9-804, and amendmentsthereto, and shall thereafter be subject to all of the requirements,limitations and terms of the banking code of Kansas.
