9-2102.   Applicability of act.(a) All trust companies incorporated after the effective date of this actshall be organized and governed pursuant to this act.

      (b)   All trust companies incorporated before the effective date of thisact, upon the effective date of this act, shall be subject to and governedby the provisions of this act.
