9-2106.   Name of trust company.No trust company shall take the name of any other trust companyincorporated in the state of Kansas, or a name so near like another as tobe easily confused with it. No trust company shall change its name untilsuch name change has been submitted to and approved by the commissioner.The commissioner shall have power torefuse authority to anytrust company violating this provision.
