9-2206.   Application denied; appeal.If the commissioner fails to issue alicense or registration within 60 days or grant a renewal within30 days aftera filedapplication is deemed complete by the commissioner, the applicant may makewritten request for hearing. The commissioner shall conduct ahearing in accordancewith the Kansas administrative procedure act.
