9-2219. Injunction.Whenever it appears to the commissioner that any person hasengaged or is about to engage in any act or practice constituting a violationof any provision of this act or any rule and regulation or order hereunder, thecommissioner may bring an action in any court of competent jurisdiction toenjoin the acts or practices and to enforce compliance with this act or anyrule and regulation or order hereunder. Upon a proper showing, a permanent ortemporary injunction, restraining order, restitution, writ of mandamus or otherequitable relief shall be granted and a receiver or conservator may beappointed for the defendant or the defendant's assets. The commissioner shallnot be required to post a bond.
