9-510.   Money transmitter; engaging in business;locations; list of agents.Any person complying with the provisions of this act may engage in suchbusiness at one or more locations in this state and through or by means ofsuch agents as such person may designate and appoint from time to time. Averified list of agents shall be furnished annually to thecommissioner by persons operating hereunder, on a date prescribed bythe commissioner. No such agent shall be required to complywith the licensing provisionsof this act.
